is looking for a driven
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our People & Culture team on a
flexible freelance contract
basis. This role is perfect for someone with basic experience who is eager to master the art of sourcing and candidate engagement.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Sourcing & Screening:
    Actively search, identify, and screen candidates across various platforms for open positions in Egypt.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Power User:
    Leverage
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    to its full potential for building pipelines, conducting advanced searches, and engaging passive talent.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Conduct initial candidate communication and pre-screening calls to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, and passion for our mission.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Support the Senior TA team in organizing and maintaining a clean, active candidate database within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Job Posting & Ad Hoc Support:
    Draft, edit, and post engaging job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media channels.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Proactivity & Passion:
    A genuine, self-starting attitude with a strong enthusiasm for the field of Talent Acquisition and the drive to learn quickly.
  • Basic TA Experience:
    Some initial experience in a recruitment, HR, or sourcing role (including internships or part-time work) is a must.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Experience:
    Proven practical experience
    using LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar advanced sourcing tools)
    to proactively find and engage talent.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
    English and Arabic
    to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility:
    The ability to work independently and manage time effectively under a freelance/contract arrangement.
  • Bonus:
    Familiarity with the Egyptian tech or healthcare market is a plus.
