we are We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients a leading name in the furniture industry for a Furniture Designer with strong sales skills.
This role combines creative design expertise with customer engagement and sales performance, making it ideal for professionals who are both artistic and business-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and functional furniture designs aligned with brand standards and client preferences.
Create 2D and 3D design concepts using CAD or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide customized design and material recommendations.
Support the sales process by presenting design proposals and helping close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture trends.
Prepare mood boards, layouts, and presentation visuals for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in furniture design, preferably within a showroom or manufacturing environment.
Strong sales and client communication skills.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
A creative mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
