Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, developing, and executing all
visual communication materials
that reflect the company's brand identity and support marketing goals across
golf cars, off-road vehicles, beach buggies, and forklifts
.

The role covers the full creative cycle — from concept to production — including
digital design, video content creation, advertising materials, exhibition graphics, print media, and social media visuals
.

The Graphic Designer ensures that all visual materials are consistent, engaging, technically accurate, and aligned with the company's strategic image.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain and develop the company's
  brand guidelines
  across all product lines (golf cars, off-road vehicles, beach buggies, forklifts).
• Ensure brand consistency across
  digital platforms, printed materials, and physical branding assets
  .
• Design and update
  logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery
  that reflect the company's dynamic and high-performance products.
• Support new product launches by developing
  visual identity campaigns
  , packaging concepts, and showroom branding.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refresh visual identity for seasonal promotions, exhibitions, or rebranding efforts.

2. Digital Design & Social Media Content

• Create engaging digital content for
  social media platforms
  (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) including:
• Product showcase posts and car model highlights.
• Lifestyle and outdoor imagery featuring vehicles in use.
• Animated posts, GIFs, stories, and reels.
• Promotional banners, infographics, and campaign visuals.
• Develop creative
  digital ads and campaigns
  that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Design
  email marketing templates, online catalogs, and digital brochures
  for customer outreach.
• Optimize visuals for various formats, ensuring high quality and fast loading.
• Monitor visual performance metrics (engagement, reach, and conversion) with the marketing team to improve content quality.

3. Video Production & Motion Graphics

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce
  high-quality promotional and product videos
  , including:
• Vehicle introductions and demo rides.
• Customer testimonials and dealership walkthroughs.
• Off-road event coverage and aftersales service showcases.
• Operate cameras, drones, stabilizers, and lighting equipment during shoots.
• Edit raw footage using professional software (e.g.,
  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
  ) for dynamic storytelling.
• Add
  motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and brand animations
  .
• Ensure all video materials align with brand tone, message, and marketing objectives.

4. Print & Production Design

• Design all
  print materials
  , including:
• Brochures, catalogs, flyers, and posters.
• Vehicle wrap designs and decals for golf cars, off-road vehicles, and forklifts.
• Exhibition booth graphics, roll-ups, and banners.
• Corporate stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes).
• Internal signage, showroom branding, and promotional giveaways.
• Coordinate with
  printing houses and suppliers
  to ensure print quality, material specifications, and color accuracy.
• Review and approve print proofs before mass production.
• Manage and maintain an organized archive of all design files, templates, and print-ready artworks.

5. Marketing Campaigns & Events Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design all visual elements for
  product launches, trade fairs, and automotive exhibitions
  .
• Develop
  event branding materials
  , including backdrops, flags, stage visuals, and directional signage.
• Create
  digital invitations, presentations, and event coverage visuals
  .
• Support
  sales and dealer network
  with custom promotional materials (e.g., showroom branding, catalog inserts, and localized visuals).

6. Photography & Image Editing

• Conduct
  professional photo shoots
  of vehicles in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Retouch, color correct, and enhance photos to meet brand standards.
• Maintain a
  digital asset library
  of product images and videos for easy marketing use.
• Work with product and technical teams to ensure photos accurately depict features, accessories, and specifications.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Sales Department
  for product catalogs, datasheets, and showroom visuals.
• Aftersales Department
  for service posters, manuals, and safety labels.
• Procurement and Logistics
  for packaging and labeling designs.
• External agencies, printers, and suppliers
  for production coordination.
• Ensure all designs comply with
  technical standards, safety guidelines, and brand positioning
  .

8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with
  design trends
  , automotive advertising visuals, and social media innovations.
• Experiment with new technologies (AR, 3D renders, interactive visuals) for immersive product presentations.
• Suggest creative solutions for improving marketing communication effectiveness.
• Regularly update design processes to improve workflow and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Fine Arts
  .
• Professional certification in
  Digital Media, Motion Graphics, or Video Editing
  is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum
  3–5 years
  of professional experience in
  graphic design or multimedia design
  , preferably in
  automotive, industrial, or consumer products sectors
  .
• Proven experience designing for
  vehicles, outdoor products, or machinery
  is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability in
  social media content creation and video production
  .

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in
  Adobe Creative Suite
  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with
  Canva, CorelDRAW, and Lightroom
  (optional but preferred).
• Photography and videography skills, including drone operation knowledge.
• Familiarity with
  print production standards

• Knowledge of

• Understanding of
