Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CCTV and Quality Monitoring Specialist at J&T Express Egypt, located in Qesm El Maadi, with some work from home allowed. The role includes monitoring and analyzing CCTV footage for security and operational purposes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying and reporting any irregularities, and contributing to the development of monitoring protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining monitoring equipment, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, and preparing accurate and timely reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems
  • Quality monitoring and compliance skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, and report irregularities
  • Familiarity with maintaining monitoring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
