Responsibilities:


• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with delivered services.


• Understand client objectives and develop strategies to achieve them through digital marketing channels.


• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Development) to ensure projects are delivered on time.


• Provide regular performance reports and improvement recommendations to clients.


• Monitor and analyze campaign results to ensure goals are met.


• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance performance and add value for clients.

Requirements:


• 2–3 years of experience in account management or digital marketing.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Email Marketing).

  • Media buying is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
