Job Description:
* Ensure availability and performance of mobile sales applications (MIRA, Shelvs, Tracking, etc.) based on IT service levels.
* Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for mobile sales applications when required.
* Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
* Document processes and maintain accurate service desk records.
* Implement required system changes and support continuous improvements.
* Ensure full compliance with IT policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Test and deliver application updates and prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports.
* Investigate and resolve technical issues related to mobile application systems and services.
* Collaborate closely with the Mobile Sales Applications Manager, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
* Conduct weekly reviews with senior managers or business users for tickets and change requests.
* Prepare weekly reports on incidents and change requests.
* Support systems related to data centers, cloud hosting, and network operations when required.
* Maintain quarterly inventory of data center equipment, IT store assets, and network devices.
* Perform any additional IT-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirments:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
* Minimum 1 year of experience with mobile sales applications (MIRA, Shelvs, Sales Buzz, or similar).
* ITIL certification (preferred).
* Strong results orientation and customer focus.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written & verbal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and system integration tools.
* High accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
* Strong reporting and documentation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
