Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with design consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for approvals and clarifications.

  2. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all technical documents and drawings.

  3. Review material submittals, RFI's (Request for Information), and method statements.

  4. Review project documentation and project schedules.

  5. Assist in preparing technical reports and shop drawings.

  6. Prepare and review Civil shop drawings.

  7. Review project specifications, BOQs, and design drawings to ensure compliance with project.

  8. Support in permits department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering within the construction.

  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  4. Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
