Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—you will act as a strategic partner, contributing to business development opportunities, supporting public relations initiatives, and ensuring smooth management operations across the group.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting briefs.
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and cross-departmental tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Business Development Support
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity scanning for new partnerships.
- Support in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with potential clients, strategic partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track leads, maintain CRM/records, and support BD initiatives across subsidiaries.
Public Relations & Company Representation
- Assist in drafting PR content, press releases, and corporate communication materials.
- Support in maintaining the company's public image across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with media, agencies, and partners for events, interviews, and campaigns.
- Represent the CEO and company professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements.
Office & Management Coordination
- Support management in coordinating workflows, meetings, and operations across departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Improve internal communication by liaising between executives, managers, and teams.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal events, exhibitions, conferences, and company engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in
business development, public relations, or corporate communications
is a strong advantage. - Excellent English and Arabic communication skills—written & spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
