  • Act as the operations and data backbone for commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships)
  • Own and manage CRM configurations, workflows, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
  • Administer sales & marketing enablement tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email automation tools, invoicing tools, etc.)
  • Clean, validate, map, and upload large datasets into CRM while maintaining data hygiene and accuracy
  • Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards for leadership
  • Monitor lead flow, pipeline transitions, deal stages, and conversion metrics across teams
  • Document internal workflows, processes, SOPs, and enablement playbooks
  • Work closely with the tech team to integrate tools (CRM, WhatsApp API, invoicing systems, data sync)
  • Train commercial teams on CRM usage, data entry rules, and best practices
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM admin, growth operations, revenue operations, or data roles
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B growth funnels and KPIs
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operations and cross-functional tasks

Working Conditions

  • Total working hours: 9 hours daily (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
  • Work mode: Hybrid (3 in office - 2 remote)
  • Location: Sheikh Zayed
  • Two days off per week
  • Performance evaluation based on data accuracy, pipeline flow management, dashboard quality, and team enablement
