About the Project

We are seeking
experienced SAP Business One consultants
to join a high-priority, full-cycle implementation project for a leading multi-branch pastry and bakery company in Saudi Arabia.

complete migration from Odoo to SAP Business One

1. SAP B1 Functional Consultant (Lead)

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certification:
    SAP Business One Certified Consultant (non-negotiable).
  • Industry Experience:
    Proven implementation or support experience in
    FMCG / Food & Beverage
    sectors.
  • Modules Expertise:
    Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), Supply Chain, and Manufacturing (MRP).
  • Functional Skills:
  • Recipe & Production Management:
    Advanced experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), co-products, and by-products.
  • Costing & Management Accounting:
    Proven setup of Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Project Accounting for profitability tracking (branch/product level).
  • Inventory & Compliance:
    Hands-on experience with expiry date management, batch/lot tracking, and multi-branch stock transfers.
  • Financials:
    Chart of Accounts mapping from legacy systems (e.g., Odoo) and Assets Management.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong analytical and business process optimization skills, especially in pastry and sweets production environments.

2. SAP B1 Technical Consultant

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
    Proven skills in SAP B1's
    DI API, SDK, and Service Layer
    .
  • Data Migration:
    Solid experience migrating data from systems such as Odoo, Excel, or other ERPs with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Customization:
    Skilled in developing
    custom reports and dashboards
    (e.g., sales by branch, production efficiency, ingredient-level costing) and enhancing system performance beyond standard B1 capabilities.
