We're searching for a Jr. Instructional Designer to support the design and development of engaging learning content (e-learning, blended learning, and classroom training) in line with EBI's objectives and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and organizing training materials and storyboards.
  • Work with SMEs to gather and structure content.
  • Support the development of e-learning and blended learning solutions.
  • Provide feedback on learner experience and suggest improvements.
  • Help track project progress and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Al Alsun, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Interest in instructional design and digital learning.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English Level.
