Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Support A/B testing efforts to optimize ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, and Analytics) to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to the senior team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  •  1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
  •  Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  •  Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  •  Passion for digital marketing and performance optimization.
