Role Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive Content Creator who will own the end-to end creation of social media content, from idea generation and benchmarking to filming, editing, and publishing. This role requires creativity, strong technical skills, and the ability to stay up to date with trends in the automotive market and social platforms. The ideal candidate is obsessed with cars, understands automotive culture, and loves creating engaging short-form content (especially Reels & TikToks).

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

• End-to-end ownership: research → concept → script/shortlist → filming → editing → publishing.

• Shoot automotive content on-location at the showroom and off-site.

• Edit videos with strong transitions, sound sync, captions, and storytelling.

Creative & Strategic

• Benchmark global and local automotive content creators.

• Identify new ideas, inspirations, and formats to keep AMG El Ghalban ahead of the market.

• Participate in campaign brainstorming and creative ideation.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand. Social Media Execution

• Schedule and publish posts across all platforms.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align content with monthly strategies.

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and best practices.

• Support with basic photography and product shot

Market & Competitor Research

• Track new car models, new releases, and automotive market updates.

• Monitor competitors' creative content approaches.

• Suggest improvements based on analytics and market insights.

Technical Skills Required

Must-Have

• Video editing software (any of the following): Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro o CapCut (Advanced), DaVinci Resolve

• Strong mobile content creation skills.

• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and mobile videography basics.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels algorithms & trends.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite). Nice-to-Have

• Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom (basic skills).

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or CapCut templates).

• Photography skills for cars & showrooms.

• Knowledge of TikTok analytics & Meta Ads formats.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Producer.
• Passion for the automotive field — following car pages, trends, and industry updates. Experience working with brands (preferably automotive, lifestyle, or retail).
• Strong creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio of previous reels / videos (required)
