About the Role:

Trimize is looking for a smart telesales with at least 1 year of experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry. You will be responsible for managing online interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses, and maintaining a positive brand presence across all platforms, and following up with the teams and shipping companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media platforms and groups in a professional and timely manner.
  • Engage with followers to build community and loyalty.
  • Engage with teams, clients and shipping companies.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align responses with campaign goals.
  • Report any unusual activity, sentiment changes, or brand mentions to relevant teams.
  • Maintain the brand tone of voice and identity in all interactions.
  • Escalate sensitive issues or inquiries to the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience telesales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Passion for cosmetics and a deep understanding of customer concerns in the beauty field.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools ( e.g Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and professionalism.
