Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Second Line & Backoffice Agent located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, resolving complex inquiries from customers, handling escalated issues efficiently, managing back-office tasks, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer experience. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and handling escalated customer inquiries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in customer support
  • Experience in back-office operations and customer service processes
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Prior experience in a second-line support role or back-office operations is an advantage
