Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Frontline Agent, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Frontline Agent will be responsible for assisting clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. Additional duties include managing communications, maintaining records, troubleshooting common client concerns, and collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires direct interaction with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service consistently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, client management, and the ability to address client needs professionally and effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and courteous interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, office tools, and basic troubleshooting skills for common client issues.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and record-keeping abilities to handle multiple client accounts and efficiently track interactions.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or frontline support role is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A degree or certification in a relevant field is beneficial but not mandatory.
