We are hiring a
DevOps Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Oracle Cloud (OCI).
  • Architect secure, highly available, and disaster-resilient environments including VPC/VNet design, multi-AZ deployments, routing, load balancers, NAT, VPN, Transit Gateway/VCN Peering, and HA/DR architectures.
  • Build and manage scalable, secure, multi-region cloud platforms to support business and application growth.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and operation of production-grade Kubernetes clusters (kubeadm, Alibaba Cloud ACK, OCI OKE, AWS EKS, Azure AKS).
  • Manage Kubernetes components including ingress controllers, service meshes, PV/PVC, storage classes, RBAC, NetworkPolicies, autoscaling, upgrades, Helm, Kustomize, and operators.
  • Develop and maintain containerization standards using Docker, Docker Compose, multi-stage builds, and image security best practices.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  • Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD to ensure environment consistency and automated deployments.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices including code scanning, image scanning, and security automation using tools such as SonarQube and Trivy.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including modules, workspaces, and state management.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration management using Ansible across multi-cloud environments.
  • Establish standardized IaC workflows to ensure consistency, reliability, and auditability.
  • Implement and operate monitoring, logging, and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch, and Alertmanager.
  • Utilize cloud-native monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Alibaba Cloud, and OCI monitoring.
  • Build SLI/SLO dashboards, monitor system health, and lead troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments.
  • Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python to support deployments, scaling, health checks, and cluster operations.
  • Enforce security, compliance, and governance practices including IAM, RBAC, Vault, secret management, TLS/SSL, and certificate management.
  • Implement infrastructure hardening and security best practices across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
  • Manage and support database and storage platforms, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and RDS, ensuring backup, restore automation, and HA operations.
  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering with strong leadership exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python.
  • Experience operating and supporting production environments with high availability and security requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least two Kubernetes certifications: CKA and CKAD.
  • Additional cloud certifications from providers such as GCP, Alibaba, or others (preferred)
