About the role:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an
IT Specialist
, based in
Cairo, Egypt
, starting as
remote-first for the first 3 months
, transitioning to an onsite model afterward.

The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the company's Microsoft 365 environment — with a strong focus on
Power Apps
,
Power Automate
, SharePoint, and workflow automation.

The role includes building internal digital tools, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting global remote teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Experience working with
marketing agencies or tech agencies
is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
    (spoken and written)
  • Strong experience in
    Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficient in building applications using Power Apps & Power Automate
  • Experience working
    remotely
    with distributed or international teams
  • Previous work experience in a
    marketing agency, creative agency, or tech agency
  • Strong skills in IT troubleshooting, systems support, and workflow automation
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
    Power Apps
    , Power Automate flows, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Support the Cairo team with hybrid IT needs (remote + onsite)
  • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, access permissions, and integrations
  • Automate processes for HR, operations, and creative teams
  • Provide technical support for software and workspace tools
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security best practices
  • Assist with onboarding and setting up new team members remotely
  • Troubleshoot application, network, and system issues efficiently
