Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in preparing shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.

·      Support in preparing quantity surveying activities, material take-offs, and BOQ verification.

·      Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies or conflicts for clarification.

·      Coordinate with site teams to provide technical clarifications and updated drawings.

Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and filing systems as per company procedures.

·      Ensure all drawings, materials, and documents comply with project specifications and standards.

·      Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site modifications and approved changes.

·      Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams regarding material requirements.

·      Participate in internal coordination meetings to support site execution requirements.

·      Assist in preparing technical presentations and documentation for client review meetings.

·      Track and update logs for RFIs, submittals, and engineering correspondences.

.      Support the Technical Office Engineer in resolving design-related technical issues arising from the site.

Qualifications and Requirements

·      Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· – 5 years of experience in technical office or engineering support.

·      Knowledge of Adapt software is a must.

·      Knowledge of Ram and relevant engineering software is a plus.

·      Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, HDD and BOQ.

·      Strong documentation and coordination skills.
