We Are Hiring – AP Section Head

Location: Nasr City

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare internal supplier statements and validate balances with suppliers on a monthly basis (Monthly AP Reconciliation).


• Prepare a daily report attached with documents to compare total purchase balances (quantity and value) based on exchange permits, matched with addition permits from main warehouses. (Documents include purchasing invoices and receiving vouchers.)


• Monitor Days Trade Outstanding (DTO) and ensure timely payments.


• Perform detailed purchasing analysis: PO vs. Invoices vs. Receiving Vouchers vs. Payment Schedule, and ensure full workflow closure.


• Prepare AP Aged Trial Balance and monitor outstanding payables.


• Oversee and manage cash advances, bank transfers, and pre-paid payments for materials.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.


• Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP cycle, and reporting standards.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
