Job Summary:

ACM is seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring concepts to life through compelling 3D visualizations and designs, contributing to campaigns, exhibitions, digital content, and brand presentations. You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and client servicing teams to develop high-impact visuals that align with our brand and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, branding projects, and presentations.


• Create detailed design concepts and mock-ups for client pitches and internal projects.


• Work collaboratively with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to execute visually cohesive campaigns.


• Translate briefs and conceptual ideas into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations where needed.


• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, client requirements, and project goals.


• Present design proposals to internal teams and clients when required.


• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to maintain fresh and innovative output.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Architecture, or related field.


• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.


• Proficient in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.


• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).


• Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings and space planning.


• Good understanding of lighting, textures, and materials in 3D environments.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.


• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.


• Knowledge of visual storytelling and marketing strategy.


• Previous experience working on events, retail environments, or branding is highly desirable.
