Role Description
Responsible for managing the Business-to-Employee (B2E) collection process, ensuring timely recovery of installments and dues from employees under corporate agreements. Coordinates with finance and HR teams, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Strong Communication skills and a commitment to exceptional Customer Service
- Basic knowledge of Finance and financial systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
