The Senior Business Analyst – Hospitality Business Development supports the evaluation and preparation of new hotel and branded residence opportunities by conducting market and tourism research, analyzing hospitality performance, coordinating feasibility inputs, and preparing professional presentations and investment materials for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and presentation skills and a keen interest in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in real estate development, hospitality research, or investment analysis.
  • Technical Skills:

a) Excellent PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

b) Strong research and data visualization capabilities.

c) Familiarity with hotel performance and real estate indicators is an advantage.

d) Language: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on tourism trends, hospitality supply pipelines, and competitive performance by market.
  • Maintain and update internal research libraries, country fact sheets, and project benchmark folders.
  • Support the assessment of new development and acquisition opportunities through data collection, market research, and benchmarking.
  • Prepare summary reports and visual analyses that translate research findings into clear conclusions.
  • Compile professional pitch decks, proposals, and investment committee materials based on provided project briefs.
  • Assist in the administrative organization of the Business Development department (document archiving, trackers, templates, Business Intelligence, Shared Folders).
  • Support scheduling, meeting notes, and internal reporting processes as required.
