new international school opening in August 2026

international branch of a well-established global education brand

IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)

experienced, collaborative, and mission-aligned educators and leaders
who are excited to help shape school culture, curriculum, and community from the outset.

  • PYP Teachers
    – Grades 1–5 (1 per grade)
  • Early Years Teachers
    (4 positions)
  • PYP Coordinator
  • Head of Early Years
  • Head of Lower Primary
  • Head of Quest (Inclusion)

Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

  • Deliver engaging, inquiry-based teaching aligned with the
    IB PYP framework
  • Plan, assess, and reflect collaboratively to support student learning and growth
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
  • Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives
  • Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times
  • Leadership roles will include responsibility for programme leadership, staff development, and strategic planning

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Recognized teacher certification / qualification
  • PYP training completed
    (required for the 2026–27 academic year)
  • Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience
    , with
    some IB/PYP experience
  • Safeguarding training
  • Strong alignment with the school's mission, culture, and educational philosophy


Additional IB/PYP professional development will be provided by the school in the following academic year.
Salary & Benefits

  • Total compensation package valued at up to USD 4,500 per month (gross)
