About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer
with
5+ years of Flutter or React Native experience
to design, develop, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications for one of our prestigious clients — a leading engineering consulting and advisory firm in Saudi Arabia. This is a
full-time, On-site position
, offering flexibility while working on high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter or React Native, robust API integration skills, and a passion for delivering high-performance, user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

App Development & Architecture

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using
    Flutter
    or
    React Native
    .
  • Integrate applications with
    RESTful APIs
    and
    GraphQL
    endpoints.
  • Implement effective
    state management
    (e.g.,
    Provider
    ,
    Bloc
    ,
    Riverpod
    for Flutter;
    Redux
    ,
    MobX
    for React Native).
  • Optimize apps for performance, ensuring minimal latency and efficient memory usage.
  • Deploy applications to
    App Store
    and
    Google Play Store
    .

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Write and maintain
    unit and integration tests
    using frameworks like
    Jest
    ,
    Mockito
    , and
    XCTest
    .
  • Debug and resolve platform-specific issues for
    iOS
    and
    Android
    environments.
  • Ensure app stability and reliability using
    crash analytics tools
    such as
    Firebase Crashlytics
    and
    Sentry
    .

Performance & User Experience

  • Continuously improve app performance and user experience through proactive optimization.
  • Implement best practices for app security and maintain compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years
    of professional mobile development experience.
  • Strong experience with
    Flutter
    or
    React Native
    for cross-platform development.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in API integration (
    REST
    ,
    GraphQL
    ).
  • Proficiency with
    state management libraries
    (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod for Flutter; Redux, MobX for React Native).
  • Experience in performance optimization and debugging for both
    iOS
    and
    Android
    platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (
    Jest
    ,
    Mockito
    ,
    XCTest
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    Firebase Crashlytics
    ,
    Sentry
    , and similar crash analytics tools.

Essential Requirements

  • Arabic-speaking proficiency
    is mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Experience with
    version control systems
    (Git).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    for mobile app deployment.
  • Knowledge of
    native iOS development
    (Swift/Objective-C) or
    native Android development
    (Kotlin/Java).
  • Familiarity with
    push notifications
    implementation (Firebase Cloud Messaging, APNs).
  • Experience with
    app analytics
    and user behavior tracking tools.
  • Understanding of
    mobile app security
    best practices and data encryption.
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    development environments.
  • Knowledge of
    UI/UX design principles
    for mobile applications.
  • Experience with
    backend integration
    and understanding of API design.
  • Familiarity with
    app store optimization
    (ASO) strategies.
