Sales Officer (Construction Materials & Industrial Molds)

Group Overview:

Role Overview:

To drive business growth and expand market reach for Al Azaizy Group's diverse product portfolio. The role involves actively selling Concrete Products (Cement Bricks, Interlock, Curbstones/Bardora), Polypropylene Plywood sheets, and Cement Brick Machine Molds. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to the group's market leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Experience:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the fields of Construction Materials (Concrete products), Plywood, or Industrial Machinery Molds.

Performance:
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Professionalism:
High level of seriousness, commitment, and strict punctuality.

Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Location:
Location:
Ability to work from the Group's Administrative Headquarters in Maadi and travel to meet clients, customers (B2B) according to pre-arranged appointments to present the Group's products and finalize commercial deals.

يتمثل دور مسؤول المبيعات في دفع نمو الأعمال وتوسيع نطاق السوق لمجموعة منتجات العزايزي المتنوعة، تتضمن الوظيفة البيع النشط للمنتجات الخرسانية (طوب أسمنتي، إنترلوك، برادورة)، وألواح البلاي وود المصنوعة من البولي بروبلين، وقوالب/أسطمبات ماكينات الطوب الأسمنتي، يتحمل مسؤول المبيعات مسؤولية تحديد فرص عمل جديدة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية باستمرار للمساهمة في ريادة المجموعة في السوق.

المسؤوليات والمتطلبات الرئيسية:

  • الخبرة:
    خبرة مثبتة تتراوح من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في المبيعات، وتحديداً في مجالات مواد البناء (المنتجات الخرسانية)، أو البلاي وود، أو قوالب/أسطمبات ماكينات الطوب الاسمنتي.
  • الأداء:
    سجل حافل بالقدرة على تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
  • الاحترافية:
    مستوى عالٍ من الجدية والالتزام والانضباط الصارم في المواعيد.
  • المهارات:
    مهارات تفاوض وتواصل ممتازة، مع عقلية موجهة نحو تحقيق النتائج.
  • الموقع:
    القدرة على العمل من المقر الإداري للمجموعة في المعادي والتنقل للعملاء  (B2B)طبقاً للمواعيد المحددة معهم مسبقاً لعرض منتجات المجموعة وأتمام الصفقات التجارية.
