We're looking for a Senior QA / Automation Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive excellence across our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.


• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.


• Lead the planning and execution of functional, regression, and performance testing.


• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.


• Identify root causes of issues and suggest preventive solutions.


• Mentor and support junior QA team members.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.


• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).


• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).


• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).


• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:


• Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured).


• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).


• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
