Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Collectors Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Collectors Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of collection agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and coaching, developing effective recovery strategies, analyzing collections data, and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to optimize collection processes and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills including team management, supervision, training, and motivation
- Knowledge of best practices in debt collection, financial recovery, and customer communication
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and use of collection software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage targets and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly in the financial or debt collection industry, is highly preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are required
