Job Summary

The PR & Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and managing Majestic Biopharma's public image and influencer ecosystem across all brands and therapeutic lines. This role will lead strategic partnerships with media, key opinion leaders, and digital creators to strengthen brand visibility, product awareness, and corporate reputation during our rapid expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute PR and influencer strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.


• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, medical influencers, lifestyle influencers, and media partners.


• Plan and manage product launches, PR campaigns, and influencer activations across all business units.


• Negotiate, contract, and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring ROI and compliance.


• Oversee press releases, media coverage, interviews, and corporate communications.


• Coordinate with marketing, brand, and digital teams to ensure message consistency.


• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, media coverage, and influencer impact.


• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications, preferably within healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or beauty.


• Strong network of influencers, media, and KOLs in Egypt.


• Proven experience managing campaigns, contracts, and budgets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.


• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
