Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Team Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The Facilities Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the facility management activities, ensuring effective communication within the team, and maintaining the building. Daily tasks include overseeing maintenance operations, implementing facility management plans, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Team Management skills
  • Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering, facility management, or related fields
  • Experience in managing large-scale facilities is a plus
