Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
  • Record all bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and service charges.
  • Monitor cash flow and bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Investigate and resolve bank discrepancies, errors, or missing transactions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank ledger accounts in the accounting system.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process by providing bank-related schedules and reports.
  • Liaise with banks to manage letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and treasury reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years
    of experience in bank accounting
  • Strong knowledge of
    bank reconciliation, cash management, and accounting principles
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
