Role Overview

We're looking for a
Content Editor & Scheduler
to handle
video editing and publishing
across JsCripted's social channels (
Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
).

You'll work on transforming raw footage into smooth, engaging short-form videos, schedule them consistently, and ensure each piece is optimized with the right
hashtags and trends
to maximize reach.

Description & Responsibilities

  • Edit
    Reels
    using
    CapCut
    or
    Canva
    (educational & commentary-style videos).
  • Schedule
    4 main Reels per week
    and occasional
    reply Reels
    to comments.
  • Select and apply
    relevant trending hashtags
    to boost visibility.
  • Ensure all videos are formatted and optimized for each platform.
  • Maintain consistency in visuals, captions, and posting times.
  • Coordinate with the JsCripted team for final approvals and updates.
  • Keep an organized archive of final edits and shared materials.
  • Monitor basic insights (reach, completion rate, audience engagement).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    video editing
    or
    social media content creation
    .
  • Solid hands-on skills in
    CapCut
    and
    Canva
    .
  • Awareness of
    current trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
    .
  • Creativity and attention to detail — smooth transitions, clean visuals, and good pacing.
  • Strong sense of time management and reliability in meeting weekly deadlines.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating in
    English & Arabic
    .
