  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare regular progress and cost control reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities related to project timelines and budgets, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support tendering processes by providing planning and cost input for bids and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in resource allocation and optimization to maximize project efficiency.
  • Participate in project meetings, presenting planning and cost control insights to drive informed decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in planning and cost control within the construction or sports facility industry.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement, and tendering processes.
  • Commitment to upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards.
