Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified instructors while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:


• Source and attract potential candidates through various platforms and social media channels.


• Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.


• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and communication skills.


• Filter and shortlist instructors for open teaching positions.


• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions for qualified teachers.


• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.


• Collaborate with team members to improve hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, and online platforms for sourcing candidates.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).


• Previous experience in education recruitment is a plus.
