Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This includes managing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering excellent service to key clients within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain stock integrity across all warehouse areas.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate closely with transportation, customs, and freight forwarding teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, including productivity, accuracy, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle clients' operational requirements, ensuring high satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Support business growth by managing warehouse capacity planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years
    of experience in warehousing or logistics operations, with at least
    3 years in a managerial/supervisory role
    .
  • Strong experience in freight forwarding or 3PL environments is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
