We are seeking a highly driven
Corporate Sales Manager
with strong experience in the travel industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored travel solutions that meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
The Corporate Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and account retention—while working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow corporate accounts by providing customized travel solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to understand client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level terms.
- Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in corporate sales within the
travel industry
. - Strong background in
Sales Operations, Lead Generation, and Account Management
. - Demonstrated ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets
. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills. - Customer-focused mindset with exceptional
customer service
abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Good understanding of
corporate travel services, products, and market trends
. - Bachelor's degree in
Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
