Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Ţanţā. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide efficient service and support. The role requires a proactive approach in maintaining and growing client relationships and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in account management, project coordination, and resolving customer challenges
  • Understanding of financial services, including leasing, investment products, and related solutions
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles within the financial sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in office and CRM tools
