Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Alex. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal matters related to corporate transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the organization in legal proceedings. Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and managing risks associated with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with various departments and maintaining a thorough understanding of corporate laws and regulations are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of legal research methodologies and ability to provide sound legal advice
• Skills in risk management and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex legal concepts
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience with corporate governance and business transactions
• Membership in the Bar Association
