Egypro FME
is seeking a
motivated and technically skilled Architecture Project Engineer
to join our team in
Maadi
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural fit-out and fast-track projects, managing both site and office operations to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Candidates must have a solid background in project execution and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    health, safety, and environmental
    regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to address technical issues or design modifications.
  • Prepare and submit
    daily progress reports
    and relevant documentation.
  • Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and site resources to meet project milestones.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    , with the ability to prepare, interpret, and implement detailed shop drawings.
  2. Strong command of
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in fit-out and fast-track projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of
    site management
    ,
    material procurement
    , and
    project scheduling
    .
  5. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce strict quality control on-site.
  6. Solid understanding of
    safety standards
    and
    site regulations
    .
  7. Excellent
    communication
    and
    leadership skills
    to coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams.
  8. Effective
    problem-solving
    and
    decision-making skills
    to resolve on-site challenges.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within
    tight deadlines
    .

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.

Work Conditions:

  • Office & Site-Based

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days per week, 1 day off
