Our comprehensive suite of business solutions includes accounting, inventory management, sales, purchasing, point of sales, website, mobile e-commerce, a call center with voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems, marketplace apps with online payment gateways, shipping, delivery methods, and an order management system that unifies all sales channels in a single window.

Location:
On-site Full-time, Egypt branch, Sheraton Al Matar, El Nozha, Cairo Governorate.

Job Core Responsibilities:

1-Talent Acquisition (Egypt + GCC)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Egypt, GCC, and other countries if needed.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, platforms, and creative outreach.
  • Conduct structured HR interviews, including competency-based interviews and technical tests, evaluate candidates, and prepare hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
  • Support employer branding by preparing attractive job posts and promoting openings through social media.

2- HR Operations

  • Manage employee files, personal records, contracts, NDAs, and required documentation.
  • Support new joiners throughout the onboarding cycle (paperwork, system access, orientation).
  • Assist with probation review follow-ups and collect manager feedback.
  • Handle day-to-day employee requests related to documents, letters, attendance, and HR inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Finance for Egypt payroll inputs, new joiners, exits, and deductions.
  • Support compliance tasks, including labor office requirements, HR forms, and policy documentation.

3- People Success Support

  • Assist with engagement initiatives, announcements, events, and culture-building activities.
  • Work with the People Success Manager on policies, audits, and process improvements.
  • Maintain HR trackers (contracts, leave balances, attendance, onboarding, recruitment KPIs).
  • Support offboarding by preparing exit documentation and coordinating clearance steps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in technical Talent Acquisition, GCC hiring, and HR Operations
  • Confidence in interviewing candidates at multiple levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and talent platforms.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and basic HR documentation.
  • Advanced Excel usage.
