Position Summary:
The CCO Assistant provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Commercial Officer in a fast-paced real estate environment. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating with internal departments, supporting business development activities, and assisting in managing commercial strategies, client relationships, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage the CCO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence for internal and external communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Commercial & Strategic Support
Assist in monitoring and tracking sales targets, leasing pipelines, and revenue performance.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, investment decks, client pitches, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support the CCO in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, marketing, and leasing teams to align on commercial goals.
3. Project & Client Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of commercial projects and initiatives.
- Track key milestones and deliverables of ongoing transactions, property developments, or leasing deals.
- Assist in maintaining client relationship management (CRM) systems and follow up on key client interactions.
- Help prepare reports for board meetings, investor presentations, or partnership meetings.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with key stakeholders including developers, brokers, investors, legal, and financial consultants.
- Organize and take minutes of strategic meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure alignment with the CCO's directives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, business support, or commercial operations role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Knowledge of real estate concepts, leasing, sales, investment, and asset management is a strong plus.
