Responsibilities:
Lead Mechanical Operations: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, chillers, and related systems) ensuring reliability and compliance with technical standards.
Manage Technical Teams: Supervise mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining quality, safety, and performance standards.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Serve as the main contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments to resolve mechanical issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
Monitor Performance & Compliance: Track system performance, manage maintenance schedules, control costs, and ensure full compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or related projects.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong CAD
- Capability of using building modeling software as Revit
- Capability of using Mechanical design software as HAP and Elite
- Awareness of building codes and standards
- Proficiency in MEP design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant applications.
