Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mechanical Operations: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, chillers, and related systems) ensuring reliability and compliance with technical standards.

  • Manage Technical Teams: Supervise mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining quality, safety, and performance standards.

  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Serve as the main contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments to resolve mechanical issues and ensure smooth facility operations.

  • Monitor Performance & Compliance: Track system performance, manage maintenance schedules, control costs, and ensure full compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or related projects.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong CAD
  • Capability of using building modeling software as Revit
  • Capability of using Mechanical design software as HAP and Elite
  • Awareness of building codes and standards
  • Proficiency in MEP design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant applications.
