We're looking for a
Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coordinator
to join our growing tech team and drive excellence in Agile delivery across the Carbon Solutions Platform.

This role ensures smooth sprint execution, cross-team coordination, and audit-ready Agile documentation aligned with KPMG and ISO frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Maintain Jira / ClickUp / Notion boards and ensure accurate sprint tracking and updates.
  • Support the CTO with sprint capacity planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
  • Track sprint velocity, monitor burndown charts, and identify blockers or risks early.
  • Prepare sprint reports, release notes, and process improvement documentation for governance audits.
  • Collaborate with QA, Data, and Product teams to align deliverables and timelines.
  • Contribute to Agile maturity and continuous process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years
    of experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Strong experience with Jira, ClickUp, or similar Agile tools.
  • Familiarity with Laravel/React ecosystems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
