About the Role:

Trimize is hiring a smart Performance Media Buyer to strategize, optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of media buying strategies, and a proven track record in maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.

Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad content, including visuals and copywriting.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify top-performing assets.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Align paid media activities with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying and performance marketing (preferably in e-commerce).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party tracking tools.

In-depth knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for paid campaigns.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strict KPIs.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
