Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager with proven hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
The ideal candidate is:
- operationally strong
- confident managing creator campaigns end-to-end,
- and able to understand brand strategy and translate it into influencer campaign ideas, briefs, and content direction.
This role suits someone who is comfortable combining execution with strategic input and creative thinking — ensuring that campaigns don't just run, but run with clarity, purpose, and storytelling.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Creative Support
- Understand client brand strategy, positioning, tone, and audience insights — and translate these into campaign direction.
- Support development of strategic frameworks, creator territories, and content angles.
- Draft and refine
creator briefs
that reflect brand values and strategic objectives. - Contribute to ideation sessions with insights-backed creative concepts and storytelling ideas.
- Conduct competitor, category, and cultural trend research to inform strategy and creative.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns across regional markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Manage negotiations, deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and quality control.
- Ensure brand consistency across all influencer content.
Optimization & Reporting
- Define and track campaign KPIs, optimizing performance throughout execution.
- Build insightful client reports with learnings, results, and recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of platform updates, creator trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of
brand strategy fundamentals
(brand values, positioning, audience segmentation, tone of voice). - Experience translating insights and strategy into influencer campaign ideas or creative concepts.
- Proven ability to manage creator campaigns end-to-end.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project-management skills.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create structured client-facing decks is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
