Objective:
  • Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of data-related systems and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data integration and analysis efforts.
  • Assisting in Developing and maintaining ETL documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and data mappings.
  • Supporting data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues through data profiling, analysis, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Developing and maintaining scripts, queries, and code to manipulate, transform, and analyze data and generate reports.
  • Assisting in the administration and maintenance of database systems, including performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and security management, ensuring the availability and reliability of data systems.
  • Report project/task status to the Tech lead/ principal.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any relevant fields.
  • Min. 3 to 5 years of experience as Data/AI Developer.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and data integration technologies is desirable.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, and database design.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data integration patterns, and batch and real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with programming skills in languages such as Python.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
