Job Description

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily operations across various HR functions. This
long-term internship
provides hands-on experience in
HR Operations, Recruitment, and Learning & Development
, giving the intern strong practical exposure and real corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR operations, documentation, and filing.
  • Support the
    recruitment process
    , including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Participate in
    Learning & Development
    activities such as training coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and assist with HR analytics when required.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Assist in organizing orientations, HR events, and internal programs.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Perform any additional HR-related tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate (Senior – Junior) or Fresh Graduate
    — from any faculty.
  • Strong passion for starting a career in
    Human Resources
    .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work professionally.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good English level is a plus.
