Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining recruitment records. They will collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs, support training initiatives, and ensure a streamlined onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development of strategies aimed at attracting top talent while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and team members
  • Experience or capability in Training to assist with onboarding and employee development processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Prior experience or interest in Human Resources is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or ongoing study)
