Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand and marketing communications. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Sheraton El Matar. You will be responsible for developing high-impact visual concepts, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms. The role involves leading creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, refining design solutions based on feedback, and maintaining the highest quality standards while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design process from concept, art direction, and execution to final delivery.
  • Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain and develop the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Review and refine design work produced by junior and mid-level designers.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prepare production-ready files for printing according to professional print standards.
  • Stay updated with design trends and proactively implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Graphic Design, Visual Storytelling, and Branding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Design Software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools.
  • Experience with Typography, Color Theory, and Layout Design.
  • Knowledge of Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Campaign Development.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and effectively incorporate feedback.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative design work required.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi or GCC market is a plus.
