Responsibilities
Visualization Leadership
Oversee the production of high-quality 3D renderings and animations for architectural and Master planning projects.
Guarantee photorealism, precision, and adherence to design intent across all visual outputs.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to ensure visualizations align with the client's vision.
Act as a bridge between design and marketing teams to translate technical data into compelling visuals.
Workflow & Management
Manage the visualization process from concept to final delivery.
Work directly on the project with Architects, Providing ideas , support creations, technical guidance for others Viz-team, and quality feedback.
Ensure deadlines are met even in fast-paced project cycles.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, focused primarily on architecture, urban design, and large-scale masterplans (interior visualization only occasionally required).
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end photorealistic renderings and animations / standard and AI
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Technical Proficiency
3D Modeling & Rendering
Advanced expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino ( others )
Deep knowledge of rendering engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer.
Nice-to-have: F-Storm, D5 Render, basic knowledge of Unreal Engine.
Post-production & Animation
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for polished, final visuals with AI
Experience producing short architectural animations and micro-sequences, reels for social media
Architectural Modeling
Ability to fast modeling, work with many technics, advance settings parametric and complex architectural models.
Skilled in handling detailed façade, lighting, and material setups.
AI Tools & Innovation
Candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience with at least 5 AI visualization tools from the list below.
Ability to integrate AI into visualization workflow for speed, concept design, and final refinements.
